It depends! Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one-night room and tax.

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking may be cancelled with no penalty, unless within 72 hours of check-in.

Any reservation that has a change of dates within 72 hours of check-in will be subject to penalty.

Your reservation rate includes WiFi connectivity, self-parking (one space per room), pool + hot tub access (for guests aged 21+), and use of our Linus Bikes.

Maybe! Check-in is guaranteed at 3pm or later. Early check-in opportunities may be assessed on the day of arrival, based on availability. Call the front desk to inquire.

Keys must be returned by 11 am on your departure day.

If you want to stick around longer, late check-outs are based on availability and incur a fee: $40 for a 12 pm checkout, or $50 for a 1 pm checkout. After 1 pm, you’ll be subject to the full night’s room rate + tax. On departure day, you must contact the front desk before 11 am to inquire about availability / make arrangements.

The pool + hot tub are for hotel guests only. Note: guests must be aged 21+ to access the pool + hot tub.

Of course! But it is important to note that the hotel does not provide cribs or rollaway beds; and guests must be 21-and-over to access the pool + hot tub. No exceptions.

We do not offer rollaway beds, cots, or pack-and-plays.

We sure do! A fee of $50 per dog (limit 2 per room) per stay will be added to the reservation upon check-in.
